Luxury Residential Design Beyond Naples
Based in Naples, Florida, and serving select luxury residential projects across the U.S.
Select Projects Nationwide
Many of our clients live in more than one place. Alongside our work in Southwest Florida, our recent and current projects include residences in Aspen, Colorado, and Dallas, Texas, as well as homes in Iowa, Wisconsin and Massachusetts.
Every project, wherever it is, is led by Ana from Naples. Her residential real estate experience in both Florida and Texas brings added perspective to homes in different markets, balancing beauty and livability with long-term value.
Second Homes and Vacation Residences
A second home should feel settled the moment you arrive. We design vacation residences and second homes with the same care as a primary residence, planning them to be easy to live in, easy to close up between visits, and ready for family and guests.
How We Work Across State Lines
- One point of design leadership: Ana personally leads every project
- Collaboration with local architects, builders and contractors in each market
- Organized communication between site visits, with selections and documentation shared clearly
- Procurement, project coordination and installation managed by our team
Our services outside Florida mirror those at home: full-service interior design, new construction, renovations and furnishings.
Working Beyond Naples
Does AO & CO. work outside Naples?
Yes. While we are based in Naples, Florida, we take on select luxury residential projects across the U.S., with recent and current work in Colorado, Texas, Iowa, Wisconsin and Massachusetts.
Can AO & CO. design a second home while I live in another state?
Yes. Our process is built for clients who are not on site every day: decisions are organized and documented, communication stays clear between visits, and our team coordinates with the builders and trades working at the property.
