The People Behind the Vision
AO & CO. is a luxury residential interior design firm based in Naples, Florida. Led by Founder and Principal Designer Ana Oates, our team guides full-service interior design, new construction, renovation and furnishing projects across Southwest Florida and beyond.
Ana Oates
I have had the opportunity to work on projects throughout Southwest Florida and in select cities across the U.S., creating timeless, thoughtfully curated homes that are deeply personal, highly functional, and designed to endure.
Together, these disciplines have shaped my understanding of how people experience their surroundings and continue to influence the thoughtful, personal approach I bring to each project.

Real Estate A Distinct
Perspective
Experience
My background in residential real estate brings an added perspective to design—one that considers beauty, livability, and long-term value. As Founder and Principal Designer, I personally lead every project from concept through completion, collaborating closely with clients, architects, builders, artisans, and skilled trades.
I believe exceptional design begins with strong relationships. My goal is to create homes that feel refined, timeless, and uniquely tailored to the people who live in them—while making the experience collaborative and enjoyable from beginning to end.
Design with intention. Lead with integrity.
Create homes that stand the test of time.
