Luxury Home Renovation & Remodeling Design in Naples
Whether transforming an existing residence or undertaking a large-scale remodel, we reimagine spaces with a balance of beauty, functionality and architectural integrity.
Design Leadership from Vision Through Construction
We manage the design process from initial vision through construction, coordinating every detail to create a seamless experience and an exceptional result.
A renovation may mean updating a home to suit how you live now, reworking a newly purchased residence, or rethinking every room at once. In each case, the goal is a home that feels considered and complete, not patched together.
Whole-Home Renovations and Remodels
Whole-home renovations reward a single, cohesive design vision. Rather than deciding room by room, we look at the residence as a whole: how spaces connect, how materials carry from one room to the next, and how furnishings will complete the architecture.
- Interior space planning and reconfigured layouts, developed with your contractor or architect
- Architectural finish and material selections
- Custom cabinetry and built-in design
- Lighting and fixture selections
- Design documentation to communicate intent to your construction team
- Furnishings, procurement and installation
- Coordination with contractors and trade partners
Working Alongside Your Construction Team
A successful remodel depends on clear communication between homeowner, designer and builder. Our team works directly with contractors, subcontractors and vendors, and Taylor Scott, our Interior Designer and Project Manager, keeps day-to-day coordination on track.
When construction wraps, we complete the home with furniture, lighting, textiles and art chosen for the new spaces. Building from the ground up instead? Explore new construction interior design.
Renovation Questions
When should an interior designer be involved in a whole-home renovation?
Before demolition, and before the construction scope is finalized. Decisions about layout, cabinetry, lighting and finishes shape that scope, so involving a designer first helps avoid rework and keeps the result cohesive.
Can AO & CO. coordinate finishes, furnishings and design decisions during a remodel?
Yes. We manage the design process from initial vision through construction, coordinate finish and material selections with your contractor, and complete the home with furnishings, procurement and installation.
